Most roasters use a drum: a hot metal barrel that tumbles the beans. Frank's air roaster keeps every bean moving in a tornado of clean hot air. Less scorching, a more even roast, and a cleaner, brighter cup.

Every Frank's Roast (Scoutmaster, Medium, Breakfast Blend, French Roast, Cold Brew and Pods) is made with 100% USDA Certified Organic beans. The certification covers the beans. Our co-op coffees and teas are labeled individually on each product page.

Medium grind suits drip machines and pour-over. Coarse grind is for French press and cold brew. Not sure? Medium is the safe pick.
